• March 2, 2003: Released newly-redesigned HTML Help Center as "Help Technology Centre". This consists of:
  • Complete restructuring of the site except for a few pages
  • Addition of WinHelp and LongHorn Help sections
  • Upgrade of all betas to production items
  • Conversion of papers to PDF format
  • Update of Char James-Tanny's popular HHW tutorial
  • Addition of SolutionSoft and Innovasys products in the Store section
  • Clarification of copyright issues
  • Removal of currently defunct items
