The Date – Some Photos

The annual date I shared with my daughter Bri was quite a bit of fun and lasted most of the day yesterday. Toward the end of our date, she posed with Friend Of The Blog Chef Tad Cousino, Owner and Executive Chef of the Frog Leg Inn in Erie, Michigan, and Executive Chef of the La-Z-Boy Conference Center at Monroe Community College:

For dinner she had some of her faves; Deep-Fried Farm-Raised Alligator with Sour Cream & Chipotlé Dipping Sauce, Land & Sea, which was 8 oz beef, grilled shrimp, baked potato and Tad’s braised cabbage, and a Raspberry Tiramisu for dessert.

Bri went to bed a very tired girl. Dad was just as tired. What a long and happy day!
