This is high school cooking\u00a0class\u00a0food. No really, it is.<\/p>\n

Yesterday evening Penta Career Center<\/a> in Perrysburg, Ohio, held their first annual Family Night in their new sprawling\u00a026-acre facility. The school’s three Chef Instructors, Denise Schaefer, Jim Rhegness and Mike Sader, along with some of their current students, showed off two of their three kitchens for incoming students and high-schoolers looking to possibly attend classes at Penta in the fall.<\/p>\n

\nA student deep fries the wonton wrappers. The technique is to initially form the wrapper into a cup between two ladles, and then let them crisp in the fryer\u00a0before laying them to drain on wax paper.<\/em><\/p>\n
