The Valentine’s Day cookie Mary gave me this year. She also gave one to our oldest sons, Aaron and Caleb. These chocolate chip cookies were made by students in Chef Denise Schaefer’s class at Penta Career Center in Perrysburg, Ohio. The white cardboard circle the cookie is on is 15 inches in diameter, and the cookie is both about 1/2 inch thick and quite delicious!
