Adam's taking so much after Daddy, Daddy's decided he needs to be more careful!   Adam's into drumming on air drums, conducting air orchestras, following all different kinds of music, and has expressed an interest in getting into computers.   However, Adam's just a bit more athletic!

He's just a skinny little guy with all kinds of energy, who will take any kind of attention he can get.  He's also quite affectionate, and cares a great deal for everyone he meets.  He's also become quite good with babies and toddlers.  They love playing with him, as he gets right down on the floor with them and plays at their level.  This started when his sister Briahna was new to him, and has continued ever since.

What surprised me most was the situation he was presented with in the next picture.   This was in a special area at the St. Louis Science Center, in a section where the kids were encouraged to make kinetiscope strips and view them in the viewers built onto the table.  The two individuals on the right side of the picture were Japanese and didn't speak English.  However, using the same skills he's developed in playing with infants and toddlers, Adam was able to communicate with these two effectively through talking as simply as possible and showing them examples of what he was saying.  The Japanese family was quite impressed with him as well!

Watching him play is a joy.  He talks to and with his toys, tries to share when he can, and is both expresive and creative.  His artistic abilities are developing rapidly, shown almost daily in the drawings he puts together on his own.  But be careful; this little joker can also zing you if you're not paying attention!
