This is what’s known as “Two Up”: Preferably in pairs, the natural casing hot dog, a Koegel Coney or Vienna, is grilled and placed within a steamed bun. It’s then topped with Flint Coney sauce, along with two lines of yellow mustard and a plethora of finely-chopped onion. These are then served with a side of French fries.
